The Heritage Foundation is a conservative American think tank whose mission "is building an America where freedom, opportunity, prosperity and civil society flourish."
In terms of foreign assistance to the Palestinians, the Heritage Foundation believes that the $900 million aid package to Gaza will have much the same effect of previous aid to Palestine, all of which the Heritage Foundation purports has "[c]ontributed to a culture of victimization." The Heritage Foundation supports a much smaller aid package and less lofty goals.
